The central figure Kapaladhara Hevajra is surrounded by the eight Dakinis.
In the center at the bottom is Mahakala in his special form as protector of the Sakya tradition, the Two-armed Mahakala Panjaranatha (Lord of the Pavilion) with his identifying Gandi gong.
